About Neel Koli

Over the years, I have worked across brand activations, trade marketing and business development, giving me a good understanding of what it takes to help brands stand out and grow in a fast-paced world. I’ve had the chance to contribute to campaigns for well-known brands like Castrol and Coolberg, handling everything from ground-level activations to digital strategies. Currently, I’m based in Dubai, working at Front Row Events, where I’m involved in business development, social media management, SEO and client coordination for various projects. What sets me apart is a hands-on approach. Whether it’s leading a team at an event, working on creative content, or reviewing performance data, I like to be in the mix and make sure things get done right. I’ve learned how to stay calm under pressure, communicate across teams, and adapt quickly when things change. More than anything, I believe in making marketing personal, purposeful, and powerful. If you're building something exciting and need someone who understands both the creative and strategic sides of the business, let's connect.
