I am a Product Manager at Indifi, a leading fintech platform that provides loans to small and medium businesses. I have a Master of Business Administration degree from the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, where I specialized in Finance and Operations. I also have a Bachelor of Technology degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, where I studied Mechanical Engineering. My core competencies include business analysis, analytics, and digital transformation. Prior to joining Indifi, I was a Senior Product Manager at RBL Bank, where I was responsible for managing the P&L of two programs, BookMyShow Play and BankBazaar Savemax and Savemax Pro card, to drive income and spends and achieve positive PBT by the third year. I was also the product owner of Video KYC and Salesforce, two innovative solutions that enhanced the customer experience and streamlined the processes. I worked with cross-functional teams, external partners, and stakeholders to deliver these products and services, using my skills in business analysis, analytics, and digital transformation. I am passionate about creating value for customers and businesses through technology and innovation, and I am always eager to learn and grow.
