As Master Data Governance - Practice Head at Argano 4 SAP, I lead the SAP Master Data Governance practice driving strategic planning and shaping growth initiatives for customers planning or implementing Data Governance programs. This includes providing them a step-by-step wholistic, non-disruptive approach to implementing data governance program. I have spent time with customers in various geographies providing a rich perspective on what it takes to implement a Data Governance program ensuring they derive significant business value all along with minimal impact on their current business processes. I have over 25+ years of experience working in the technology industry including 15 years in SAP Master Data Management / Data Governance. I also have strong Techno-functional knowledge in SAP modules such as Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, including process knowledge in relation to Master Data Governance. I have led Master Data Management / Governance (COEs) in multiple organizations from startup including training large teams of SAP functional, technical and freshers on SAP Master Data Management / Governance. I’m self-motivated, self-driven and passionate about Data Governance. I love working with the business users to “feel their pain” due to challenges with master data and recommend effective data governance solutions to alleviate this pain.
