After a successful career as a UI/UX Developer and a Senior Software Testing Analyst, I made the journey to Sydney in 2022 to complete my Master of Business Analytics from the prestigious University of Technology Sydney and now being a Business Analyst from past 6 months is exactly what you would think it's like. I'm the colleague at work that everyone wants to know. If you want to get something done, you come to me! Majority of my responsibilities as a BA include-Working with users to formulate and document business requirements -Identifying, investigating, and analyzing business processes, procedures and work practices -Identifying and evaluating inefficiencies and recommending optimal business practices, and system functionality and behavior -Using project management methodologies, principles and techniques to develop project plans and to cost, resource and manage projects -Taking responsibility for deploying functional solutions, such as creating, adopting and implementing system test plans, which ensure acceptable quality and integrity of the system -Creating user and training documentation, and conducting formal training classes -Developing functional specifications for use by system developers -Using data and process modelling techniques to create clear system specifications for the design and development of system software -Acting as a central reference and information source, providing guidance and assistance in the system project decision making process Roles and responsibilities as a UI/UX Developer & Senior Software Testing Analyst and experience in Healthcare domain include-Analyzing the existing functionalities and adding new technologies, develop enhancements from the new UI from the old -Worked on new tag libraries, controller files -Fixed bugs and various defects that resulted due to migration -Agile functional testing in VSTS -Participated in requirement analysis, impact analysis of new requirements and coordinated with onshore team -Expertise in end-to-end implementation of various projects: including requirement analysis, pre-post - estimation, development, coding, bug fixing and implementation of software applications -Have basic knowledge in writing Automation Code using C# in CODED UI -Experience in Back end testing using HL7 and CCDA files -Ability to communicate with multiple teams about project objectives -Having working experience in automation E2E framework using Protractor and followed BDD approach using Cucumber
