Planning and prioritizing the client's requirements which initially include basic understanding of required skill set and then servicing them based on business criticality-Used all methodologies of sourcing like Headhunting, Networking, Employee Referrals and Rehire-Experience in Social Media Hiring and Boolean/String Searches & Talent Mapping -Skilled in requirement assessment, sourcing methodologies, candidate screening, pay rate and salary negotiation, scheduling interviews, employment offer and building long term candidate/client relationship.•Searching on job sites (CareerBuilder, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed and other sites) to find suitable positions for existing consultants-Uphold accurate documentation, candidate tracking using Applicant Tracking Systems and experienced with various Vendor Management Systems (VMS) portals – Brassing, Taleo etc-Performing Push activities and Pull activities to attract qualified candidates according to client needs-Builds and maintains a quality pipeline through fostering long term relationships with candidates-Respond to and resolve candidate issues in a timely manner, bringing issues to the attention of a Manager as appropriate.
