About Neely Dowler

I'm currently a Senior Lease Administrator for Regency Centers in Jacksonville, FL. From January 2014 to March 2015, I was employed as a Congressional Inquiries Analyst for Arrowpoint Corporation at the National Guard Bureau. As an Inquiries Analyst, I facilitated responses to Members of Congress and the White House regarding the National Guard. From May 2012 to June 2013, I was employed by the U.S. House of Representatives as a Legislative Correspondent for a conservative Representative from Texas. As Legislative Correspondent, I managed a large database of constituent correspondence and answered the majority of constituent mail and e-mail. I also was a Legislative Advisor on assigned key legislative issues and acted as a liaison with constituents, interest groups, Committee, and Agency staffs in these assigned issue areas. I have a Master’s degree from the Graduate School of International Affairs at The Pennsylvania State University and also hold a BA in International Studies from Harding University with a career concentration in Chemistry. My foreign language concentration at Harding University was in French, and I also speak elementary level Spanish and Arabic.
