Oversee & enhance daily activities required to meet requirements as per ISO/IEC 17025:2017; ISO 9001:2015; ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001: 2018 with a history of working with EIAC requirements since 2014. Assist & supervise the department's strategic planning, Establishing, and monitoring of accurate documentation not limited to Quality Manual, Policies, SOP, Forms, Records, and its implementation to ensure compliance. Develop and validate HSE & ISO documents, calibration procedures, datasheets, appliance verification/testing procedures, uncertainty budgets, and calibration reports. Technical expertise in the field of Temperature & Humidity, Mass, Pressure, Dimensions, Electricals, Force, and general equipment. Maintenance of Primary Standards- Design and execute Internal quality controls, Intermediate checks, preventive maintenance, and evaluate the statistical data using control charts. Design & Perform Method & Equipment Verification to assure the validity of results to continually improve the service quality and performance. Developing & Training People, Communicating for Influence, Achieving Results, Improving the calibration of equipment by history trend analysis, monitoring & performing Proficiency tests, and interlaboratory comparisons. Responsible for monitoring and controlling on-time completion of quality activities within budget, ensuring lab resources, and Delighting Customers - Liaise with clients and respond to specific requests. Positively always represent the company through a success-oriented and professional demeanor not limited to External Audits, and customer & regulatory meetings. 8.Manage internal & external audits. Leading Change & Upgrading based on non-conformities and approve Correction, Corrective and Preventive Action. Manage purchase, supervise vendor & inventory management. Conduct Management review meetings, discuss the quality objective status, internal & external audit outcomes & corrective actions, complaint handling, customer & personnel feedback analysis, Risk & Opportunity analysis for improvement, and develop new efficient procedures, assuring result validity, resource adequacy, workload, and other internal and external issues. Ensure statutory obligations to health, safety, and welfare at work, including statutory training and reporting. Manage health & safety inspections. Provide support in creating a total HSE culture within the organization, conduct risk assessments, enforce preventative measures, and regularly review risk assessments for all work operations.
