Additionally, I was responsible for driving Operational Excellence (7 Yrs.) across all the Tolaram group companies with interests in FMCG (Food & Personal Care), Sales & Distribution, Haulage, and the retail industry. In the last 12 years, I have delivered a top-line improvement of 15% in floor covering business and cost savings of USD 7+ Million along with process improvement while mentoring over 40+ operational excellence projects. Led the planning & execution of a greenfield project in Oral care (Colgate- Palmolive) with Capex of USD 40+ Million. Currently leading the Green field project to set-up textile spinning factory with Capex of over 35 MM USD. Outside of work, I enjoy anchoring musical shows and traveling around the world.
