Accomplished PMP certified Senior Project Manager Trainer - Mentor - Coach with over 10 years of leadership experience across enterprise initiatives. Proven track record for successfully managing strategic projects, programs and initiatives from inception to completion. Extensive experience with Project Management practice and methodology. I also have a demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams, execute on strategic objectives and deliver results following Project Management Life Cycle from initiation to closing along with Waterfall, Agile and Scrum. I really enjoy teaching! Blending my vast experience in project management with a training program that is informative, interactive and interesting by utilizing personal experience and examples to teach, mentor and coach. I have conducted multiple sessions that have received great feedback and 100% success rate. Participants appreciate my ability to take the concepts and link them both to real life and business related situations allowing them to better understand and apply the concepts. Currently working on delivering training through virtual and e-learning environments and have received great feedback on delivery style, level of interaction, gameified reviews and inclusion of simulations as well as hands on activities to drive home concepts and tools.
