Experienced Data Scientist with domain expertise in Government public policy, rural development, election strategy and public health. I bring 5+ years of experience driving end-to-end data science solutions, with a proven track record of applying NLP, Generative AI, LLMs, and statistical modeling to solve real-world challenges in government, semi-government and development sector. With a Master’s in Development Studies from TISS Mumbai, I combine rigorous training in statistics, econometrics, and public policy with advanced capabilities in Python, machine learning, deep learning, and Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E). I have successfully worked on ML-driven projects that improved policy execution, optimized healthcare resource allocation, policy positioning for elections and empowered rural based MSMEs. In my recent role at the Institute for Financial Management and Research, I collaborated with the National Rural Livelihoods Mission (NRLM) to enhance operational efficiency using data science. Previously, at Catalyst Atal Incubation Center, I worked on cluster-level analysis of MSMEs using unsupervised learning techniques, statistical modeling, and geospatial data to identify key determinants of growth and success.
