Background
About Negar Deilami
I design and optimize experiences. I chose design as my career because of my personal experiences. As a person with a disability (Hard of Hearing), I’ve been inspired by innovations that make experiences richer, more accessible, and inclusive—like closed captions for videos, synchronized song lyrics on music streaming platforms, and online food ordering systems. These small but meaningful changes inspired me to contribute to others’ lives by designing impactful products and systems. This passion led me to pursue a Master’s degree in Engineering Design (Product Design) after completing my Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering. Today, I combine my expertise in both fields to conduct quantitative and qualitative research, design thoughtful solutions, and improve experiences and processes.
