With over 25 years of healthcare leadership experience, I am currently the Senior Vice President and Head of US Cardiometabolic Sales at Novo Nordisk, a global leader in diabetes and obesity care. I lead a team of more than 2,500 professionals across the US, responsible for supporting and delivering exceptional results and customer value for our innovative portfolio of cardiometabolic products, including injectable and oral therapies for diabetes, obesity, cardiovascular and renal diseases. I have a proven track record of success in market access, sales, strategy, marketing and operations across multiple disease states and clinical settings. I have consistently exceeded performance goals, launched new products and indications, and developed and executed effective business plans and value propositions. I have also demonstrated exceptional leadership and development skills, fostering a culture of collaboration, engagement, and achievement among my teams and partners.
