About Negin Karbasi

I’m a licensed Professional Engineer with a focus on roadway and civil infrastructure design, contributing to major transit projects such as the Finch West LRT and the Scarborough Subway Extension Advanced Tunnel. My experience spans the full lifecycle of civil engineering projects—from site assessments and conceptual planning to detailed design and construction support. I also have a background in software development and automation. I specialize in- Roadway and site grading design - Temporary traffic staging and construction phasing - BIM-based 3D modeling, InRoads and Civil 3D I work closely with multidisciplinary teams including SMEP, landscape architecture, geotechnical engineering, and transportation planning. I also have some experience in supporting proposal development and marketing efforts to help secure new opportunities. I’m passionate about delivering innovative, efficient, and community-focused engineering solutions that improve mobility and infrastructure across the Greater Toronto Area.
