About Neha Bhatnagar

As the Associate Director of People Operations at Pretlist, I lead the HR advisory vertical to deliver integrated services that enhance workforce productivity and foster a people-first work environment. With over 15 years of experience in HR, I have developed and implemented talent strategies, rewards and recognition programs, and HR policies and practices that align with the business objectives and goals of various operations. I have a strong background in people analytics and digital HR, having completed executive programs from IIM Indore and XLRI, and a certification in compensation and benefits planning from CHRMP. I leverage data and insights to support organizational change management, OD interventions, employee relations, and performance management. I also preside over the ICC under the Prevention of Sexual Harassment Act 2013 and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. My mission is to drive HR excellence and innovation at Pretlist with a focus on leadership and change management.
