About Neha Madhani

With my success in the disability insurance industry attributed to a combination of my strong work ethic, organizational and case managerial abilities, I have stepped into the role of supporting employee’s in their health and disability absences thru the Occupational Health unit. My over 15 years experience gained in various insurance companies, my knowledge-base includes but is not limited to assessing new short/long disability claims for major national clients and supporting individuals throughout their claims duration; identifying critical factors affecting the progress of the claim and then applying pragmatic, simple and effective measures to resolve it (i.e. the implementation of independent assessments, vocational rehabilitation assistance, CPPD application submissions etc.) With these tools gained in case management, I feel a sense of eagerness to further expand my knowledge-base and start to learn new skills. It’s a sense of pride being able to help employees to the best of my ability and provide them with a positive outlook and support during an already difficult time and, even for some, a return to functioning and re-integration back into the workforce.
