About Neha Nathan

I’m a product and strategy leader with 10+ years of experience building and scaling products and platforms from 0→1 and 1→100 across startups, enterprises, and global organizations. My work spans enterprise product leadership, growth, monetization, and data and AI systems. Across Mixpanel, Uber, and BCG, I’ve led new product and revenue stream creation, moved products upmarket, driven global expansion, and led large-scale transformations. At Mixpanel, I’ve focused on building real-time, enterprise-grade systems that help organizations make faster, better decisions - turning data into action at scale. This includes work across data infrastructure, experimentation systems, and ensuring performance, reliability, and access at scale.More broadly, I operate at the intersection of technology, strategy, and execution - translating ambiguity into concrete products and systems that drive measurable business outcomes.I’m particularly drawn to applying this skillset to problems with meaningful real-world impact, where both the scale and the stakes are high. I’m especially interested in AI and infrastructure, and in building core systems that are reliable and trustworthy - and that shape how decisions are made at scale.
