As a Senior Manager at Evalueserve, I lead a team of patent analysts and engineers who provide innovative IPR & D solutions to clients across various industries, such as tobacco, automobile, and consumer products. With over 9 years of experience in the research domain, I have developed expertise in patent applications, data analysis, and communication skills, which I leverage to deliver high-quality results and insights to our clients. I currently lead a team of 6-7 members. I have directed diverse projects encompassing competitive intelligence, market research, trend analysis, whitespace analysis, qualitative benchmarking, partner scouting, and SWOT analysis. I have also spearheaded client interactions, onsite meetings, and overall account management. In addition, I have successfully pitched and converted new business opportunities, suggested workflows for efficiency, and prepared Client Benefit Frameworks. I am passionate about applying my technical and analytical skills to solve complex problems and create value for clients and stakeholders.
