Being adept at different sorts of legal compliances vide Companies Act 2013; LLP Act, 2008 and rules thereunder, including incorporation, conversions, strike off, condonation of delay, compounding, assistance in legal consultation with respect to the aforesaid compliances etc, RBI FEMA FDI and ODI compliances, GST registration, modifications and surrender, filings on Income tax portal in pursuance to foreign remittance made by companies, firms or individuals, DPIIT and Udyam MSME registration and modifications, Import and Export registrations inter alia AD code registration and REX code registration forming part of DGFT, PIMS and ICEGATE.
