I am deeply interested in organizations and the people that work in these organizations. Employees are businesses' lifeblood, so fostering cultures in which they can thrive is critical. As a human resources professional, I understand how vital my role is to a company's success. Following graduation, I interned at an IT & Software firm in Bengaluru. I was overjoyed to be allowed to apply what I had learned in school to solve real-world problems. During this placement, I was instrumental in developing a new aspect of the company's policies and strategies. This revolutionary component has resulted in increased employee retention and engagement. My studies have given me a broad understanding of how to apply psychological principles to the growth and development of organizations. Furthermore, I honed my communication skills while giving presentations to large groups of people at university. As a result, I am optimistic about my ability to make an immediate impact in human resource roles.
