Currently transited/retoured to an HRBP role. In her recent role in EY Parthenon, she handled placement of premium management consultants- for Strategy Consulting business. She is passionate about DEI and has made contributions towards same. She holds a B.A English Literature Honours degree from Loreto College, with a distinctive score from Calcutta University & an MBA one with specialization in HR-IR from ISB & M Pune. She has worked across various domains in HR(9 years - proven track record of excellence in recruitments while having grown laterally with end to end HR skills in other sub-domains) & high impact social work (3.5 years, honoured with commendable service award); including IT/Non IT recruitments, Campus hiring, HR audit, HR delivery partner work, Performance management systems, HR policies and processes, Timesheets management, HR compliance, Vendor management, Employee Engagement etc. In addition, she has been invited as a guest lecturer and visiting faculty in colleges(Pillai, Rustomjee Academy for Global Careers and University of Wolverhampton branch-Dahanu) across Mumbai to teach HRM and related subjects.
