I have 16+ years of work experience across the development and corporate sector. I have worked with diverse organisations, ranging from policy consulting, think/do tank, grassroots non-profit, commodity exchanges and investment banking. I have led large multi-stakeholder, policy programmes, government/non-government engagements, fundraising and curated, small and large convenings. In addition to research, I have held core management roles and contributed to launching a research and policy organisation, thematic verticals, org strategies and teams, led program management, grant and relationship management, internal frameworks, and streamlined administration and operations. I bring a multi-disciplinary approach to problem solving and have demonstrated the ability to manage projects and multiple responsibilities, lead and mentor teams, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and deliver high quality outcomes in time.
