Most recently completed project is a new seven-story, 127,817 sf. speculative office core/shell development in Chicago’s Historic Fulton Market, just west of Google’s headquarters. Delivered Sept. 2020 (EARLY BY A MONTH) Most significant project was a new seven-story, sf, 173-key, Boutique, Lifestyle Hotel Zachary adjacent to Historic Wrigley Field. Includes tenant spaces offering unique restaurants and dining options. Its design pays homage to its namesake, Zachary Taylor Davis, the Chicago Architect who designed the Wrigley Field in 1914. Project required responsive leadership and flexibility while working within a constrained site in a heavily populated entertainment area. Delivered Ahead of Schedule in March 2018. Other Past Projects - Healthcare, Aviation, Education, Hospitality, Institutional, Food Storage/Distribution Facilities, Infrastructure/Parks, Multi-Use High Rise Luxury Residential, Large Automotive/Industrial, and Retail). Goal - Help facilitate as a Program Manager / Owner' Representative, proper inception and completion of a Customer’s Program. Facilitate delivery of program goals specific to each project. Ensure appropriate planning/execution to allow successful completion. Optimize the “program” to maximize “efficient client service”.
