I bring over 15 years of experience in customer service and hospitality, with 5+ years in management and administrative roles, supported by a strong foundation in teamwork, communication, and customer care. My professional journey began in 2006 in the restaurant industry, where I first learned the value of exceptional service and collaborative work. In 2011, I joined Rahva Raamat, one of Estonia’s most renowned bookstores, where I deepened my skills in literature and communication by connecting with customers and recommending books. In 2016, I moved to Tallinn to work in luxury retail at Créme de la Créme, a boutique specializing in niche perfumes. This role refined my understanding of personalized customer service. In 2017, I transitioned to a managerial role at the C.U.T Salon, where I helped establish and grow the business from the ground up, gaining invaluable experience in operations and team leadership. My journey led me to Wise in 2022, where I started as a Customer Support Associate, gaining insight into the challenges of tech-driven customer service. For the past year, I’ve worked as a Business Due Diligence Agent, responsible for onboarding and assessing new businesses. This role has strengthened my analytical skills and my ability to evaluate companies, ensuring compliance and minimizing risks.
