About Neil Atkinson

I coach managers, leaders and and team's at all levels - partnering them in gaining professional fulfilment, developing their creativity and relationships, and delivering value for their organisations. Having worked in large and small organisations leading corporate communications, creative services and digital marketing for most of my career, I have first-hand experience of the challenges of the contemporary workplace - and can support you in excelling in your own career. Your resilience and wellbeing is vital to every area of life - so I also support my clients in developing their resilience and achieving fulfilment and balance in other areas of life. I also have a passion for supporting other LGBTQ people in their career development and provide coaching services to organisations supporting the global LBGTQ community - including at CEO, leadership team and management level.
