Background
About Neil Batchelor
With over 30 years of experience in management, sales, and customer success, I am a passionate and results-oriented leader in the agribusiness sector. I have a proven track record of delivering value to clients, driving revenue growth, and leading high-performing teams across Canada. As the Director of Customer Success at TELUS Agriculture, I oversaw the strategy, execution, and retention of a diverse portfolio of customers in the agriculture and consumer goods industries. I partnered with senior executives, product managers, and engineers to provide innovative solutions that enhanced customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. I also leveraged my Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) credential and my Seed Business Marketing education to offer expert advice and insights to clients and stakeholders. I am looking for the next exciting challenge where I can apply my skills and expertise to make a positive impact in the agribusiness sector.
