I’m a Director, Producer and DOP with extensive experience crafting visually striking, story-led documentaries for international broadcasters, including Netflix, BBC, Channel 4, Discovery, and National Geographic. My work spans docs, fact-ent, current affairs, specialist factual, branded content and access-driven series, often shot in complex, high-stakes or remote environments. I’ve directed and self-shot across more than 50 countries—from frontline conflict zones and prisons to the Amazon rainforest and Arctic tundra. Recent credits include Inside the World’s Toughest Prisons (Netflix), Channel 4’s Walking with… (Series Producer & Director), and BBC2’s Living Every Second: The Kris Hallenga Story, which received critical acclaim for its sensitive handling of mortality and illness and delivered wide-ranging impact. I’m confident directing large crews or working solo, and my shooting style blends cinematic flair with observational depth. I have experience with stylised recon, hybrid formats, and have led numerous edits from scripting to delivery. I’m driven by a passion for strong storytelling and authentic human connection—whether navigating delicate duty-of-care issues or capturing raw moments on the ground.
