With over 31 years of experience in commissioning and commissioning management, I have successfully delivered major construction projects across diverse sectors, including Retail, Residential, Government, PFI, and Public Sectors. My expertise lies in managing and coordinating complex finishing and commissioning processes, including HVAC, Fire Alarm Systems, Sprinklers, Chemical Cleaning/Flushing, and Life Safety Cause and Effect Testing. I am passionate about ensuring systems operate seamlessly, safely, and efficiently, delivering projects that meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. As the CEO of the Commissioning Specialists Association (CSA) and its Past Chairman (2021-2024), I have been at the forefront of driving industry best practices, fostering collaboration, and elevating the standards of commissioning professionals worldwide. My leadership roles have allowed me to shape the future of the commissioning industry, advocate for innovation, and support the professional development of my peers. In addition to my leadership roles, I served as the Associate Head of Commissioning at Banyards, where I played a pivotal role in delivering high-profile projects and mentoring teams to achieve excellence. I am also proud to have contributed as a Steering Group Member for CIBSE Code M 2022, helping to shape critical guidelines that ensure safety and efficiency in building services.
