About Neil Carmichael

As the Executive Chair of the Association of Dental Groups, I lead a network of dental providers that strives to raise standards and deliver high quality, consistent dental care by investing in their patients and their people. With over 9 years of experience in policy analysis and strategic communications, I advocate for the interests and needs of the dental sector, and engage with key stakeholders and decision-makers across the UK and Europe. I am also passionate about education and international relations, and I leverage my skills and knowledge to support various initiatives and organisations in these fields. I am a Senior Adviser for Education at Wild Search, where I offer strategic advice and guidance to education clients and candidates. I am also the Chief Executive of the UK-China Culture and Education Cooperation Promotion Centre Ltd, where I promote cultural and educational exchanges and cooperation between the UK and China. Additionally, I serve on several boards and trusts that aim to foster international peace and security, enhance manufacturing and engineering, and empower young people and learners.
