Since joining Visa in 2001, I have successfully performed a number of roles within the operational service management area; including Automation, Service Reporting, Service Level Management, Change Management, before taking responsibility for an Operational Reporting unit."Producing Information that is Used, not Data that is Useful" Building on my experience gained across a number of ITIL disciplines, I am now responsible for the Operational Regulatory, Audit and Risk engagement, as well as managing the Business Compliance and Quality Management's Governance team who perform IT Service Continuity / IT Disaster Recovery, Operational Compliance, Reporting, and Technical Documentation activities across the European Technology organisation. Through my teams, I now ensure control is maintained across Operations, and endeavour to drive and then publicise service improvements My mission in all aspects of my role is to Enable Effective Decision Making Prior to Visa, I had a successful career with Zurich Financial Services, which provided me with a solid IT Customer Services background. From an Internal HelpDesk function, through IT support and operational specialist roles, to become head of Operations Change Management. All the time being focused on the delivery of high quality customer service
