About Neil Davey

Neil has worked in the steel protective coatings industry where he has gained extensive knowledge and experience from his career of 27 years. During the last 5 years he has undertaken the role of Works Manager and before that worked in the position of Shop Floor Foreman for 4 years. During this time Neil has led a team on the treatment processes, working on prestigious and iconic infrastructure which included the Olympic stadium, the Scalpel in London and the infill steelwork to Battersea power station. Neil adapts his leadership style depending on whatever situation arises, he has the best interest of his colleagues whilst making the correct business decisions. Although Neil’s core skills are his experience within this industry, his passion for the Health, Safety and the wellbeing of his co-workers, places Neil in a strong position to be an asset to any future company.
