PLEASE READ BEFORE REACHING OUT TO ME I’m currently a Senior Technical Account Manager at RTB House, thriving in the dynamic world of deep learning-powered marketing tech since 2022. While I’m always open to meaningful new opportunities, please note that I am only considering roles that are either fully remote or offer true workplace flexibility (e.g, hybrid with at least four remote days per week). I’ll soon be based in Nagano, and long commutes are no longer compatible with my lifestyle or values. I believe remote work enables efficient, focused collaboration, both for individuals and teams- Moving to Japan roughly 10 years ago marked a transformative chapter in my life. The cultural, linguistic, and emotional challenges of adapting to a new country tested me deeply. There were moments I wanted to give up, but I didn’t. I embraced the language, connected with incredible people, and grew into someone more confident, empathetic, and optimistic. That mindset continues to guide me through work and life. I thrive in high-pressure environments and pride myself on being solution-oriented. Whether it's tackling complex technical issues or helping a teammate in need, I believe in acting rather than waiting. I don’t hesitate to lend a hand, and I always aim to turn challenges into opportunities. Fluent in English, German, and Japanese, I bridge gaps across cultures and teams. This ability to communicate across borders has been essential in my international work and helps foster stronger, more human connections.
