About Neil Falls

With over 14 years’ experience in Health and Safety, and over 26 years in construction, I have extensive knowledge in Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental laws, operational practices, industry relations, government relations, and community building. We have built a safety culture that has been viewed as an example to peers and clients over and over. I have also honed problem solving and crisis management skills that have helped steer our team and company from a negative position to learning and growth opportunities. I have expertise working with the multiple Government of Ontario Ministries, TSSA, ESA, and other regulatory bodies that have helped me build relationships with these groups. This opportunity helped our teams find solutions to site issues rather than confrontation and delays. Being a team leader and collaborating with teams within our company and sub-contractor groups is also especially important to me. This is a fantastic opportunity to help others develop personal skills, build culture, and find symmetry in safety goals while achieving site and company targets.
