I’m privileged to have owned my first company from 19 years old. I’m very much a hands-on, make-it-happen kind of guy and oversee all the key areas of the various company’s I’m involved with. Westhilldirect Office Supplies & Print (westhilldirect.com): I leave the day-to-day running of the company to my wife Sue, but still oversee sales and all the key areas as managing director. Spencer Lettings & Management (spencerlettings.co.uk): Operations Director - overseeing the daily operations of a fast moving, forward thinking lettings company. Spencer Lettings specialises in high-end rental accommodation. We provide landlords with a ‘set and forget’ service giving them freedom and profit from their investments. We provide tenants with a place they can truly call home. HS Investments (HSinvestments.co.uk): Refurb guru - overseeing the refurbishment of investment properties and working in partnership with my son Dan. HS Investments buys and develops rental accommodation across the UK, working with home owners, landlords and investors. In whatever I’m involved in; I believe it’s important to stand out from the crowd and to make a difference to people’s lives whether in a work setting, at home or in the local community.
