My history of success comprises over 20 years in managing, implementing, and executing IT architecture, program management, global finance software development, and IT transformation program critical to operations. I am a proactive decision maker, targeting challenging and senior managerial assignments with a well-established, and globally reputed organisation. I effectively produced transparent views of complex change initiatives aimed at driving out the link between strategic aims, regulatory and business deliverables, and key constraints and enablers. I have demonstrated the ability to identify and drive continuing process improvement practices and performance optimisation initiatives. I established and implemented strategic change programs, working in South Africa, Middle East, Europe, China, India, USA, and Canada. Following are the achievements throughout my career: • I effectively served as a key transformation lead in a $2bn HSBC IT Transformation program. • I established a new COO structure to ensure effective operations for global IT innovation and architecture. • I am recognised as a Devops and Agile Champion. • Actively employed group core banking and Credit Card platforms to 20 countries achieving $100m savings. • I managed effective programme delivery of the HSBC Digital Premier Front End Channels Systems. • Instigated $250m IRS reporting programme across retail, commercial, private and global markets banking, delivering standard reporting capabilities in 88 countries saving $50m in costs. • I successfully directed programme delivery improvements, improving programme execution processes and consequently reducing program costs by 10% annually. • I am instrumental in designing, developing and delivering a leadership development program in India and China covering leadership, followership, conflict management and high performing team development.
