He graduated from Utah Valley University's business school with an emphasis in Finance. He has been with Merrill since 1997 when he joined his father, David Hullinger, who had been with the firm since 1973. Merrill and Bank of America have a storied history in our country, and The Hullinger Group has been a large part of bringing that to Utah County for over 50 years. That tradition of excellence continues on today. Neil is married to the former Amy Paxton of Mapleton, where they still live today with their six children.
