About Neil Johnson

My objectives are to improve the performance of my staff, the processes throughout the organization, and increase the profitability of my employer. On a personal level I am an extremely hard worker and am able to take on multiple projects from start to finish regardless of what is required to complete those projects. My knowledge of facilities, purchasing, and office services equipment and processes allows me to oversee many areas of the organization. My technical knowledge allows me to work well together with all tradespeople including plumbers, electricians, construction workers, as well as write technical publications dictating the work processes required to complete tasks throughout the organization where I am employed. Recently completed closing a sq ft warehouse that was being used to store Archived Medical Records including breakdown and removal of approximately 200 Heavy Duty Shelving units. Completed within deadlines to make certain that space was turned over on time with no additional costs incurred. Second recent project included closing a sister companies location with approximately sq ft comprised of 23 cubicles, 10 offices and common areas. Work was completed on time to make sure lease termination date was not exceeded. Negotiated discounts with Equipment lease holders on equipment that was not due for return to reduce buy-out costs to an acceptable lower cost than full lease buyout that could not be terminated early as per Lease agreement that was entered into by others. Coordinated with Building Management to accept leaving behind cubicles and office furniture for use of future tenants instead of having to dismantle and remove all of the furniture at a cost to the closing sister company of about Coordinated removal of all items that needed to be removed from the premises that were not covered by the aforementioned criteria. Facility was turned over to Building Management on time and without any fees charged to company.
