About Neil Landers

My experience as an electrical engineer is diverse both in assignments that I have been involved with as well as collaborative opportunities—from working on a one-off UAV for DARPA in the aerospace industry, to manufacturing and production in the medical device industry with Siemens. I have worked independently, with smaller focused groups, as well as with larger more robust teams.Inspiration comes easily for me when I am engaged in the research and design processes of a project. I am not afraid of jumping into unknown waters and being challenged and loosing myself in the work. I love pushing the outcome of opportunities and solutions with custom, purpose-built electronic circuits and I find that the design and fabrication of custom circuits (PCBs) to be extremely exciting. I have enthusiastically worked on sourcing hardware when available for turn key results, and I thrive in a workplace that offers a balance of hands-on engagement, and open collaboration with engineering and R&D team members. STRENGTHS:My strengths are rooted in cable harness design and with finding and sourcing hardware to meet the demands of electro-mechanical projects. My teams have appreciated my calm, open, and approachable personality for close-knit collaboration as well as my diligence, obsessive focus on details, and efficient organization to getting my objectives completed in a timely and effective manner. I am capable of working independently; assembling a work plan, initiating and executing according to an agreed strategy but especially appreciate the opportunities of collaborating with team members who can bring additional knowledge, expertise and experience to both the project and my own personal experience.EMAIL: NSLanders22@gmail.com
