About Neil Mappin

Being the product development manager of more than 25 sports, which includes; Boxing, MMA, Golf, Cricket, Tennis and Table Tennis, my role helps to increase business turnover by means of managing new betting opportunities from ideas through to market. I work closely with the trading department to refine, add new features and occasionally re-write the trading tools, with the aim of increasing trading efficiency, keeping as much product on site for as along as possible and keep up with the latest trends and needs. My role also extends onto the front end, touching on customer experience improvements, with product delivery of our best-in-class match live changes from across our various in-house development teams I’m involved in daily communications with third-party providers covering a range of topics, good and bad, with a real understanding of the relationship importance between operator and provider.
