An 18 year practitioner of design thinking who thrives on strategy and insights to solve business problems, I’ve cultivated research and data to build buyer-centric strategies, provoke consideration, and proactively yield unrealized business prospects. An independent consultant for the past eight years ambiguity is par for the course. I’ve assisted businesses in evolving operations through data intelligence to increase product demand and revenue, generate leads, and surface competitive insights. With an affinity for customer engagement, I’ve inspired business owners to envision the evolution of their business bolstered by digital marketing. Utilizing Analytics I’ve tracked and reported key performance indicators as a measure of success. Employing SEO, SEM, SMM, and email marketing I’ve leveraged multi-channel marketing to target market segments with relevant messaging and consideration given to user location, time of day, and device usage. As a director and entrepreneur I’ve surfaced consumer insights to provide direction to programers, copywriters, and designers, while setting and managing client expectations from discovery to production of digital products. I’m a systems thinker and analytical creative driven to thread seamless fabrics of seemingly disparate sets of information. My enthusiasm for sharing insights is palpable. A communications crackerjack, I’m an ace at distilling complex concepts and craft all communications with care. I speak: directive with developers, concept with creatives, and solutions with stakeholders. Curious by nature, my desire to understand regularly places me outside of my comfort zone. If a specific process or software isn’t currently in my skillset, I’ll add it to my toolbox, driving the proverbial ball forward.
