Neil McPhee offers a comprehensive family law practice at Scharfstein LLP, seamlessly blending mediation, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy. Drawing on a decade of experience, Neil adeptly navigates both out of court processes and litigation to guide families in transition. As a dedicated family lawyer, mediator and leader of the CBA Saskatchewan's Dispute Resolution section, Neil champions effective out-of-court resolution methods alongside traditional legal representation. His trauma-informed approach, supported by Intimate Partner Violence (IPV) training, allows him to navigate sensitive cases and complex mediations across diverse family situations. Neil fosters a collaborative environment at Scharfstein LLP, mentoring new family lawyers and mediators while enhancing the team's collective expertise.
