Since graduating from college, I have been in the semi-conductor industry. My primary focus has been both process and equipment in the photolithography department. My main responsibility has been defects in the track side of the process. This includes the resists, underlayers, hardmasks, and fill materials. My achievement has been able to drive the film layers defect count levels down by a factor of 5 to 10 times. For example, I drove down the fill level down from a 200 to 300 defect count that ranged in 100nm to 5um in size to near zero.
