Experienced Contacts Manager & Qualified Approved Electrician with 2391 testing inspection, 2391-300 Design & Verification and 17th edition Amendment 3 and an NC in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. I am Health and safety qualified with a CITB SMSTS qualification, asbestos awareness and experienced with producing risk assessments, method statements, HAV and COSHH assessments. I have been an NICEIC Qualified Supervisor since 2008, responsible for quality assurance and control of installations. I am also responsible for integrating new legislation (such as amendment 3) and making sure my engineers are installing in accordance with them. I have very good experience in the domestic and commercial sector with industrial experience on a smaller scale and worked for a variety of clients from Local County Councils to the Ministry of Defense. I have dealt with incoming supplies as large as 2500A per phase, medical installations with IPS/UPS units, back up generators and the logistics of installing and distributing power throughout an installation. I have experience on design and build to and design input on contracts to the value of I have some experience with integrating renewable energy solutions and have worked on projects with photovoltaics and also CHP generators. I am an experienced test engineer and have overseen all certification produced and provide technical assistance for engineers for unusual circumstances, installations and on solutions to defects on inspections. I am a dedicated professional and take a genuine interest in my industry. With this I am looking to further my career by professional development and in formal qualification to aspects I currently have a good working knowledge of such as; Emergency lighting design Lighting Design Fire alarm design/installation Building Services Design I am also competent with drafting and editing CAD drawings either for initial approval, working drawings or record drawings.
