About Neil Persaud

I work with CEOs and executive teams who understand that strategy only succeeds when leadership teams are aligned, trusted, and operating with clarity. As Co-Founder of LiveMore, I advise senior leaders across Japan, Asia-Pacific, and North America on how to build high-performing leadership teams and cultures that support execution, resilience, and long-term organizational success. My work sits at the intersection of leadership behavior, decision-making, and team dynamics, especially during periods of growth, transformation, or uncertainty. With over 20 years of global leadership and executive experience, and a Doctorate in Leadership and Innovation from NYU, I bring both academic rigor and real-world insight to the table. I have partnered with executive teams in multinational organizations to address challenges such as leadership alignment, trust, communication breakdowns, cultural friction, and the human impact of change. LiveMore focuses exclusively on team culture at the leadership level. We help leaders move beyond engagement scores and surface-level initiatives to understand how their teams actually function, where misalignment exists, and what behaviors need to shift to improve performance and outcomes. Our work is practical, data-informed, and designed to create sustained impact, not one-off workshops. In addition to my advisory work, I serve as an adjunct professor, teaching business, entrepreneurship, and leadership, which allows me to continuously bridge theory with practice. I partner best with leaders who are thoughtful, purpose-driven, and serious about the role culture plays in execution, performance, and long-term value creation.
