About Neil Reddick

I have a wide range of experience in architecture, mainly in residential, retail/commercial and mixed use. In my current position I predominantly work on residential projects with both a planning and technical role, designing new build projects but also supervising technical packages on residential schemes of various sizes up to 300 units +. I also have wide experience in the field of supported housing, having recently completed a 29 unit scheme in Camden for One Housing Group. My residential experience includes both social and private housing, plus refurbishment of historic buildings. I also have extensive experience of "difficult" urban sites, often with basements and complex party wall issues. My recent projects include: Wornington Green Phase 2, London W10 (mixed-tenure flagship estate regeneration ) Saltdean Lido (refurb/ egeneration of iconic modernist building) Kidwells Estate Maidenhead (mixed-tenure flagship town centre regeneration); St Luke's Yard W9 (new build/ refurb private mews development); Palmeira Avenue, Hove (new build luxury apartments/ house); Pond House, Hackney (conversion of a Grade 2* listed villa/ stables plus new build private townhouses). Suffolk House W1 (conversion of Victorian building with new-build top floor, mixed tenure residential). I also have experience in designing hotels (Accor, Premier Inn) and project management of fast track hotel refurbishments, retail shell/core and multi-storey car parks.
