As a firearms instructor, I’m responsible for coaching officers to perform at their best, building confidence, competence, and a strong safety-first mindset. I take pride in delivering clear, practical training that prepares people for real-world challenges. Alongside this, my health and safety qualifications mean I can assess risks, design safer working practices, and promote a culture where wellbeing and responsibility go hand in hand. I’m passionate about combining these two areas of expertise to help people operate safely, professionally, and with confidence — whether that’s in policing, training, or wider safety-focused roles.
