My tenure at Catalyst 4 Professional Sports Management Limited, where I currently serve as the Director of Operations, has been particularly transformative. Since June 2017, I have been at the forefront of guiding our operations, setting a standard in sports management through innovative strategies and client-focused services. My role involves overseeing recruitment, contract negotiations, player marketing, and delivering commercial opportunities – all tailored to enhance our clients' careers both on and off the field.
