About Neil Schofield

I am a motivational man manager with great organizational skills that “get results”. Where the unforeseen arises, I have good judgement and can turn a situation around quickly whilst managing the client’s expectations, ensuring both the company’s and the client’s needs are met. During my time managing my present contract I am pleased with the progress the unit has made whilst I have supported other managers to achieve their KPI’s and Health and Safety compliance. I have increased sales year on year, expanded the range offered to our clients and increased the Gross Profit both in percentage and monetary value. My strengths are building teams and staff affiliation. Establishing strong working relationships with the client and problems solving. I have previous experience during my time with Cumbria County Council as Catering and Cleaning Area Manager. Whilst working for NST I was responsible for overseeing 2 units in France and supporting the Catering Manager. I also have multi-site experience with I gained with Compass looking after catering on British Gas site around the Manchester area. I took a career break from area management to help look after my son but the need for me to be around during school holidays is no longer there and I am excited to be getting my career back on track.
