About Neil Sheerman

My career has majored in manufacturing process and waste to energy plant operation, where I have a highly developed skill set in task performance against strict standards. Maintenance, sampling and testing, response to abnormalities, monitoring of process, IT reporting systems, operation of technical plant machinery list just a few of the responsibilities I am used to performing. I am a highly motivated individual used to working as part of a team, accepting responsibility and performing to the highest level of integrity and reliability. I take considerable pride in my work ethic, punctuality, willingness to deliver what is required and to accept feedback and corrective action from superiors also as required. I am also able to take on some supervisory responsibilities as my work experience indicates. I am flexible, versatile and adaptable to the needs of the organisation and not resistant to change. I can work to deadlines and understand that pressures and stresses can be a part of a successful working environment.
