I'm a seasoned Human-Centered Design and Innovation Specialist, based in Melbourne, with extensive leadership and hands-on experience in User Research, UX & CX Design, Service Design, Systems Thinking, Design Strategy, Product Management, Advisory, Mentoring, and Education. Over nearly three decades working in Australia and Europe, I've helped research, design and deliver more than 150 impactful services and products for public and private organisations, across various sectors including Health, Retail, Education, Utilities, FMCG, Education, Technology, Media, and Finance. Typically, I help organisations map services and eco-systems, validate business assumptions and identify new opportunities for products and services through a strategic and creative process of problem framing, user research, service design, ideation, prototyping, and prioritisation. I've also helped organisations transform and uplift their capabilities and grow innovative cultures within workplaces. In my career, I've founded a digital agency and software start-up. As an educator and mentor, I've received 3 outstanding contribution awards on RMIT Onlines Design Futures, Design Thinking for Innovation course.
