About Neisha Williams

My passion for working with diverse populations stem from my wealth of knowledge in cultural diversity both professionally and personally. My goal is to serve in a role that would allow me to utilize my leadership and passion/experience in cultural diversity to bring a team together to create success for a company/organization. My experience includes traveling the world studying people, their culture and history in order to enhance my abilities in working with diverse populations. I've worked in creating and executing sensitivity training sessions with police officers and other city personnel in Powder Springs and Acworth, Georgia. I am working on a doctoral degree in leadership but also holds a degree in cultural Anthropology. I have thirteen years' experience teaching diversity courses at Kennesaw State University to pre-service educators. I lead a department of Educators in Social Sciences, where I've incorporated data management, public relations skills, project management, and curriculum writing abilities. My experience has allowed me to interact effectively with individuals at various levels of the organization and community. In my various roles, communication is an extremely important factor to my successes. Through my experiences, I have developed excellent interpersonal relationships that will benefit any company and clientele for whom I may work
